Sets Goals for the Future…
In the spring, we hired Morten Bach Larsen as the new Managing Director at HP Industrial.
He will be responsible for the daily operations of the company and, among other things, optimize workflows in the production department. He also acts as Chairman of the Board, which, in addition, includes the company’s owners.
Morten has settled in well and has already initiated several new projects and left his mark.
Morten most recently held the position of Production Manager in a large metal company in Aarhus. He is also a Certified Lean Manager and holds a Mini MBA from Henley Business School.
With us, he takes an active part in strategic work and sets goals for the future. Additionally, Morten is engaged in ESG/sustainability work and is leading the efforts to improve our CO2e emissions, reduce resource consumption, and continue to create a well-functioning social environment in our workplace and in relation to all our partners.
On a daily basis, the owners’ role in the new set-up is now more focused on the strategic level and board work. Sigurd Kongsgaard will continue to play a prominent role in sales tasks, and Martin Boalth Petersen is active in launching new projects as well as acting as a sparring partner in daily operations.
We look forward to a fruitful collaboration and future development of the company with Morten leading the way.
We hope everyone will give Morten a warm welcome and provide him with the best start in his new role with us.
